Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Transaction Confirmation

Upon successful completion of a transaction on DigitalJunkee.com, the User enters into a legally binding and enforceable agreement with Digital Junkee for the purchase of the selected digital product and/or service.


2. Cancellation Policy

  • A User may request cancellation of a transaction only if the service has not yet been initiated or delivered, unless otherwise specified on the Platform.

  • Cancellation requests are subject to approval at the sole discretion of Digital Junkee.

  • We reserve the right to request additional information or clarification before approving any cancellation request.

  • Once a service has been initiated or delivered, cancellation requests may not be accepted.


3. Refund Policy

Refunds shall be considered only under the following conditions:

  • The digital product and/or service delivered does not match the description provided on the Platform.

  • There is a deficiency in service directly attributable to Digital Junkee.

Refund requests must:

  • Be submitted within three (3) days from the date of the transaction.

  • Include a clear and specific reason for the refund request.

  • Provide supporting details or proof, if requested.

Refund requests submitted after the stipulated time period may not be entertained.

5. Refund Mode & Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the transaction.

  • The processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway and banking channels, typically 5–7 business days.


6. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after service delivery

  • Failure to use the service after purchase

  • Incorrect information provided by the User

  • Violation of Terms & Conditions by the User


7. Final Authority

Digital Junkee reserves the final authority to accept or reject any refund or cancellation request. All decisions made by Digital Junkee shall be final and binding.
